Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy:

1. We offer free shipping within the continental United States for all orders.
2. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped via standard ground shipping.
3. Estimated delivery times are between 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
4. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
5. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other similar events.

Cancellation Policy:

2. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.

Payment & Refund Policy

You have our word that we will do everything we can to make sure returning your product is not necessary. However, should the need arise, please mail us to - support@kohirmattresses.com to obtain authorization for your return. Returns may only be accepted within 100 days of receiving your order. (Click here for - 45 days return policy - Kindly register for Warranty Registration to avail this). Returned items must be in original, saleable condition for a full refund in the original form of payment. All Clearance or discontinued products are final sale and not eligible for returns. Exchanges are not accepted at this time.

For all returns within the 100-day return period, with the exception of mattresses*, the customer is responsible for fitting the items back into the box provided or finding a suitable box to send them back in. Kohir Mattresses will not be responsible for providing a second box for returns. Optionally, we are happy to provide a return label to our customers at a discounted rate.

 How long does the return process take ?

Once you have placed a return request, we will contact you within 48 hours to complete the return process. The arrangement for pickup of the product will be done after that. Once the return pickup is done and confirmation is received, we will initiate the refund within 48 hours. Depending on your payment method, the refund will reflect in your account within 3-5 Working days.

Eligibility:

1. The risk-free trial is available only to customers who purchase a mattress directly from Kohir Mattresses' official website or authorized dealers.
2. The invoice must be in the name of the customer who wishes to initiate a return. The same customer must be present at the time of return.

Contact and Warranty Information:

1. The contact details provided on the invoice must match the details provided during warranty registration.
2. In case of any discrepancies, Kohir Mattresses reserves the right to refuse the return.

Return Location:

1. Mattresses must be returned from the same address or location to which they were originally shipped.
2. Relocation of the mattress may void the return policy, and additional charges may apply.

Processing Fee:

1. A minimum processing fee of Rs. 5000/- per mattress will be deducted upon return, regardless of the condition or usage.
2. This processing fee is non-refundable.

Return Request Timing:

1. Customers are eligible to raise a return request for their mattress only after 45 days from the date of purchase.
2. As Customer may require this time to allow for settling and understanding the comfort layer of the mattress.

Damaged Mattresses:

1. In case of wear and tear or any damage to the mattress, Kohir Mattresses is authorized to deduct a processing fee, starting from a standard 20%.
2. The percentage of deduction may increase based on the inspection of the mattress condition or the level of damage.

Refund Disbursement:

1. After the return request is raised and the inspection is completed, the refund amount will be disbursed to the customer within 7 working days.

Return Request Process:

1. To raise a return request, customers must attach two videos to the complaint ticket:
2. Video 1: Showcasing the side borders of the mattress before packing and the outer layer of the mattress cloth.
3. Video 2: Showing the mattress after packing.
4. Once the videos are submitted, our team will arrange for pickup from the same shipping location.

Non-Eligible Reasons for Return:

1. Change of mind or color dislike does not qualify as a valid reason for return.
2. Return requests based on these reasons will be declined.

Refund Settlement:

1. The refund amount will be settled in the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
