Payment & Refund Policy


You have our word that we will do everything we can to make sure returning your product is not necessary. However, should the need arise, please mail us to -
Support@kohirmattresses.comto obtain authorization for your return. Returns may only be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition for a full refund in the original form of payment. All Clearance or discontinued products are final sale and not eligible for returns. Exchanges are not accepted at this time.

For all returns within the 30-day return period, with the exception of mattresses*, the customer is responsible for fitting the items back into the box provided or finding a suitable box to send them back in. Kohir Mattresses will not be responsible for providing a second box for returns. Optionally, we are happy to provide a return label to our customers at a discounted rate.

 How long does the return process take ?

Once you have placed a return request, we will contact you within 48 hours to complete the return process. The arrangement for pickup of the product will be done after that. Once the return pickup is done and confirmation is received, we will initiate the refund within 48 hours. Depending on your payment method, the refund will reflect in your account within 3-5 Working days.
